The successful candidate will assist the office manager and clinical manager in their duties as well as carry out general administrative and office duties. Tasks will include maintaining and updating databases each morning, answering telephones, filing and general administration work as required.Successful applicant must be computer literate and have some previous experience in a similar position. Good communication, organisational and customer service skills are essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High attention to detail. Self-motivated. Well-organised and able to multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
